Intuitive Coaching
Is something keeping you from feeling like the best version of yourself? Do you want to go further with your personal or spiritual development? A coach can be the supporting partner you need, so those goals don’t feel so overwhelming.
My Approach
If you choose to work with me as your coach, you will find a relaxed professional relationship. My approach is insightful, empathetic, with a gentle, forward honesty. No sterile doctor vibes here. I will tune in with your energy and hear your story. It is a comfortable yet sacred space where real people can unmask, remove the filters, and be themselves. Feel free to take off your shoes or curl up on the couch while we get down to healing work.
Sessions are focused on what you want to achieve and will often include homework or suggestions to try outside of session. Intuitive coaching will be individualized from session to session, drawing from my intuitive gifts, and drawing from the collective knowledge and experience I have gained in my professional and lived experience. It can also include energy work or alternative healing supports. I am also mindful that your time and money are an investment, so I want to make sure you are getting something out of every session.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a place to feel held while we talk about the blocks or challenges you are experiencing, your goals, and how to move into alignment so you can achieve them. It is a place to feel seen, validated, and like you aren’t always doing it alone. You can learn tools, skills or practices with someone that will help you apply them in your daily life.
Disclaimer- Coaching is different than therapy. I will not be conducting clinical assessments, making a diagnosis or treatment plan and utilizing psychotherapy techniques to treat clinical symptoms of mental health disorders, or maintaining medical records for coaching clients. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, so clients are welcome to continue seeing their own outside therapist and may even be referred to see a therapist if needs extend beyond what coaching provides.
